Data Protection Act refers to Act no.24 of 2019 under the Laws of Kenya.

Data Subject/You refers to the identified/identifiable natural person i.e., the customer procuring our services.

Processing/Processing activity means any operation or set of operations that is performed on any data sets whether or not by automated means.

Service Provider/data processor means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service, or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used. All your information will be kept in line with our data retention statement.
